JALINGO — The First Lady of Taraba State, Her Excellency Mrs. Agyin Kefas, has held a high-level strategic meeting with Taraba State APC women stakeholders as part of efforts to strengthen the party’s mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The meeting focused on women’s mobilisation, grassroots engagement, unity and the strategic role of women in securing victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Agbu Kefas and other APC candidates in the forthcoming elections.
Mrs. Kefas emphasised the importance of women remaining united, organised and well-informed, noting that women constitute a powerful force capable of shaping the political future of communities, Taraba State and Nigeria.
She called on the women stakeholders to intensify grassroots mobilisation and engagement while working collectively towards the emergence of a stronger and more prosperous Taraba and Nigeria.
The First Lady commended the women leaders and stakeholders for their commitment, dedication and continued support, urging them to sustain the momentum ahead of the 2027 elections.
She said the time to organise and mobilise was now, stressing the need for collective action towards a successful electoral outing for the party.
“Together, we will mobilise, unite and work towards a resounding victory in 2027,” Mrs. Kefas said.
She reiterated the commitment of the women stakeholders to the party’s campaign and concluded with the message: “Together, we are Moving Forward.”
