Taraba Governor Reshuffles Four Commissioners
Taraba State Governor, Agbu Kefas, has approved the immediate redeployment of four Commissioners serving in the State Executive Council as part of a cabinet reshuffle aimed at repositioning the administration for effective service delivery.
Under the new arrangement, Peter George has been moved from the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry to the Ministry of Water Management and Aquatic Affairs.
Daniel Ishaku, who previously headed the Ministry of Water Management and Aquatic Affairs, has been redeployed to the Ministry of Waste Management and Resource Innovation.
Similarly, Bernard Shonzen James Kassa has moved from the Ministry of Waste Management and Resource Innovation to the Ministry of Social Development and Human Services.
Philip Habu James has also been redeployed from the Ministry of Social Development and Human Services to the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry.
The changes were contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Gibon Timothy Kataps, who said the redeployment takes immediate effect.
According to the statement, Governor Kefas wished the affected Commissioners success and urged them to deliver their best in their respective new assignments.
