ABUJA — Taraba State University (TSU), Jalingo, has participated in the NIPSS Integrity Executive and Leadership Ambassadors Retreat, held in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, from August 19–21, 2026.
The university’s participation underscores its growing commitment to integrity, ethical leadership, accountability and responsible institutional governance under the leadership of its Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sunday Paul Bako.
The retreat brought together participants from different institutions and sectors to strengthen leadership capacity, promote a culture of integrity and encourage values-driven service within public and private institutions.
For Taraba State University, the engagement provided another opportunity to deepen institutional knowledge, strengthen leadership practices and draw from wider national experiences in promoting accountability and effective governance.
Under Professor Bako’s leadership, the university has continued to expand its participation in programmes and strategic engagements aimed at promoting academic excellence, leadership development and institutional growth.
The university’s presence at the NIPSS retreat further signals its determination to build an institution where integrity, professionalism and responsible leadership remain central to its administration and service to society.
